GENERAL INFORMATION

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
Check-out must be completed by 10:30 am.

What are the reception hours?

The reception is open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. During the night, the hotel is supervised by a night security service.

Which languages are spoken at reception?

Italian and English.

Where is the property located and how can it be reached?

The property is located in Trescore Balneario (BG).

Is there parking available on site?

Yes, the property has a large internal parking area, unattended.

Does the property have an elevator?

The property, which is spread over 3 floors, is equipped with 2 elevators.

What accessibility features does the property offer?

The property is fully accessible to guests with disabilities thanks to ramps in common areas and elevators. Only some rooms are equipped for disabled guests.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available. Access and registration are required.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome. One pet per room is allowed (or two small-sized pets). A daily supplement of €10.00 per pet applies (food not included).

Is there a luggage storage service?

Guests may store luggage behind the reception desk.

What amenities are available in the rooms?

All rooms feature a private bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer, courtesy toiletries, and satellite TV.

Standard rooms are simply and comfortably furnished, feature scheduled heating and ceiling fan ventilation, and are located on the first and second floors.

Superior rooms are elegantly furnished and feature carpeted floors, centrally controlled air conditioning available at scheduled times, minibar, safe, high thermal and acoustic insulation, and are located on the third floor.

All rooms are non-smoking.

Is there a city tax?

No city tax is applied.

Which credit cards are accepted?

VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted.

How does check-in work?

Check-in is available from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm.  

Is early check-in possible?

Early check-in may be requested and is subject to hotel availability. Rooms are guaranteed from 2:30 pm and may be assigned earlier only if available after housekeeping.  

Is late check-out possible?

Late check-out may be requested, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge.

Is there a shuttle service to/from the property?

The hotel does not provide a shuttle service, but our staff can arrange transfer services to/from the airport or to/from Bergamo train station or city.  

Is there an electric car charging station?

No, electric car charging stations are not available.  

Can children stay at the property?

Children are welcome at Hotel San Pancrazio. The property offers some family rooms and provides extra beds and baby cots. The restaurant is equipped with high chairs and bottle warmers. Extra beds and cots are available at an additional cost.  

Does the property have a private beach?

No.  

Do you provide beach towels?

No.

Yes, baby cots and children’s beds are available at an additional cost.  

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, we have some accessible rooms equipped with bathrooms featuring adapted sanitary facilities, grab bars, and walk-in showers. Please specify your needs and check availability in advance.

BREAKFAST

Is breakfast included?

Yes, breakfast is included in our rates.  

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. 

Where is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room on the ground floor (adjacent to the restaurant), featuring a rich buffet and an automatic coffee station.  

What type of breakfast is served?

A continental buffet breakfast with sweet and savory options.  

Are there options for guests with celiac disease, vegetarians, or vegans?

Yes, some gluten-free and lactose-free options are available. The buffet always includes fresh fruit (whole and sliced) and sliced vegetables.

RESTAURANTS & BAR

Is there a restaurant on site?

Yes, the hotel has an internal restaurant. Dinner is served with a choice from the daily menu and consists of 3 courses. The cuisine is mainly regional and Mediterranean.  

Are there options for celiac, vegetarian, and vegan guests?

Yes, vegetable-based dishes and gluten-free options are available.  

Is there a bar on site?

Yes, there is a bar, with large outdoor areas available during the summer.

SPA, POOL & GYM

Is there a Spa/Wellness Center on site?

No, the hotel does not have a Spa or Wellness Center. The property is located next to the Terme di Trescore, a thermal center exclusively for therapeutic treatments.  

Is there a gym on site?

No, there is no gym.  

What are the gym opening hours?

Does the property offer a concierge service?

No, there is no concierge service.  

Do you organize tours and excursions nearby?

Yes, the reception staff can organize and recommend guided tours, tastings, visits to nearby attractions, and local sports activities.  

Is it possible to organize weddings or private events?

Yes, the hotel partners with the main wedding venues in the area. It is also possible to request and organize private events with catering services.
